Here are some excellent podcasts (that, to be honest, to most of them I got recommendations from my students), websites, and apps that can help you immerse yourself in the language, whether you’re just starting out or looking to have a deeper and wider knowledge oft the language and culture.

- Description: Hosted by Guy Sharett, this podcast dives into modern Israeli culture, slang, and street language through mini Hebrew lessons.

- Description: In this podcast the teachers of Ulpan Bayit are talking about some Israeli songs- each teacher chooses a song, and describing them in a simple Hebrew that is adjusted for learners. It is a great chance to listen to a podcast in Hebrew and also get to know some great Israeli music.

- Description: This podcast provides learners with quick and easy lessons on the basics of Hebrew, focusing on essential phrases, vocabulary, and cultural insights.

Apps and websites for Learning Hebrew
1. Duolingo
- Description: A user-friendly app that gradually builds up your Hebrew skills through daily lessons and exercises. Sometimes their way doesn’t make sense – with the word choosing and weird sentences, but it is still the most popular app to learn languages, so I guess there’s a reason for that. Good for learning new random vocabulary.

Pealim – A Tool for Hebrew Verb Conjugation
- Description: Pealim is a great tool dedicated to Hebrew verbs. It is not always easy to find a word in a dictionary, and here you can look by root and Binyan. Pealim Provides detailed tables of verb conjugations in different tenses, Allows users to input a root or verb form and find its conjugations and meanings, and offers additional grammatical details and the classification of verbs into different binyanim.

Morfix – Hebrew-English Dictionary
- Description: Morfix is one of the most popular online Hebrew-English dictionaries and offers a comprehensive resource for translation and understanding of Hebrew words and phrases. It is widely used by both native Hebrew speakers and learners of the language. It offers examples to how to use the words and is more accurate than Google Translate.
